They are going to drug all the homeless people in California. they are making a new rule to take them in under adult protection and give them mental drugs, to try and reform them. most of them are not mental, just out of luck and are doing their best to live and survive, this is wrong at so many levels, and if they get away with it in California they will do it everywhere, this has got to be stopped before it ever happens,
